In 2021, he took over the position of Deputy Head of Primary School and now leads the school as Head of Primary School. For him, the joy of learning is paramount - both for the pupils and the teaching staff. The Hessian curriculum serves as a binding framework, while the teachers work creatively in terms of pedagogy and realise the learning objectives individually. Oliver sees mistakes as an essential part of the learning process and promotes a culture in which every member of the Phorms community is considered, encouraged and challenged individually.

Oliver sees open and purposeful communication as the foundation for the holistic development of the children on campus. This conviction is also reflected in his approach to staff and school development. He relies on continuous further training and support for the teaching staff in order to constantly improve both pedagogical and organisational standards. By providing targeted support for teachers and strengthening the school community, a positive learning environment is created that promotes the success and well-being of everyone involved in the long term.
