The Parrot Class has been busy learning about 2D and 3D shapes. The class enjoyed drawing, building, and studying geometric figures. As an extension to the lesson, we learned about Tangram Puzzles. A Tangram is a traditional Chinese puzzle made of a square divided into seven pieces that can be arranged to match particular designs. The class challenged themselves to create as many designs as possible. Finally, we each created a character that when put together created our class name.
