Our nutritional concept: fresh | regional | organic

Our meals are freshly prepared every day by FPS Catering, with a focus on regional and certified organic ingredients. We believe it is very important that all children - regardless of their dietary requirements - get their money's worth. Of course, vegetarian and religious menus are taken into account. The meals shared with teachers promote not only healthy eating, but also strengthen the sense of community and create a cheerful atmosphere at the table.

For me, cooking is more than just an activity - it's a way to bring people together and share joy:
I am Ivanka Kruljac, head chef of our school kitchen, and I have over 20 years of experience and a great passion for good, nutritious food. After training as a chef, I was able to gain valuable experience in international catering and in public institutions - stations that have shaped my view of enjoyment and quality. In particular, my training as a dietary cook specialising in nutritional physiology and food science allows me to respond specifically to the needs of the students, be it questions about allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements. My enthusiasm for high-quality catering and my commitment to healthy, tasty food are at the heart of my work in the school community.
