Nickolas Praulins, Head of Primary School
Nickolas has had experience working across various geographies at both the Primary and vocational-education levels. He began his teaching career in Australia in 2006, and taught at schools in both Adelaide and Melbourne. In 2010, he moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, taking on Head of Grade, Director of Thinking Skills and Director of Marketing roles. While in South Africa, he also coordinated the development of a number of literacy and numeracy resources, endorsed by the South African Department of Basic Education, as well as authoring a weekly educational supplement for The Star national newspaper. In 2015, he moved to Frankfurt and was the Service Manager at Wall Street English before joining the Phorms staff in 2016. He has been the Head of Primary since September 2017.
Jasmin Mendez, School Assistant
Jasmin Mendez is a Foreign Language Assistant. After her 1 year abroad in the USA she worked in the field of Sales and Human Recourses. In her last position she was employed as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at a Financial Service Provider. Since 2016 she is responsible for the front office organisation of the Phorms School Frankfurt City Campus.
Jhon Forero, Operations Assistant to the Head of Primary
Jhon holds a Bachelor´s degree in English Teaching. He completed his practicum year at a school in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For five years he taught English as a Second Language at different institutions in Colombia. He broadened his international teaching experience in the position of Foreign Language Teacher at a state school in London, United Kingdom. Jhon joined Phorms City Campus in 2016 as the School Building Substitute. In 2017, he became the Operations Assistant to the Head of Primary.

Anne-Marie Powell, Deputy Head of Primary: Teaching and Learning
As a Primary Educator with 9 years of experience, Anne-Marie Powell has worked in both State and International school settings in Nottingham, London and Frankfurt am Main. Throughout her diverse career, Anne-Marie has taught across the full Primary spectrum, from Reception to Grade 6, which has served as a firm foundation and springboard for her current role as the Deputy Head of Primary: Teaching and Learning at Phorms Frankfurt. Anne-Marie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from Nottingham Trent University with specializations in English Language, Holistic Learning, Sport and the Arts. She has a working knowledge of multiple curriculums, including the British National Curriculum, Primary Years Programand Cambridge International Curriculum, and considers herself to be an avid and life-long learner with a growth mindset.
